    The city of Wolmirstedt with its districts Elbeu, Farsleben, Glindenberg and Mose is located only a few kilometers north of the state capital Magdeburg between the Magdeburger Börde and Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide and belongs to the district Börde. Today, about 11,700 inhabitants live here in the corner between the rivers Ohre and Elbe. You can reach Wolmirstedt via the nearby A14/A2 highways and then via the B189 from Magdeburg or Stendal, or by train using the S-Bahn service close to the city.

    To strengthen our team in the Finance department, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible for a permanent full-time position as a new colleague for the position of

    Clerk for dunning and enforcement (m/f/d)

    Remuneration is in accordance with TVöD-VKA in pay group 8.

    What tasks in particular await you?

    • Preparation and implementation of enforcement measures in accordance with the Administrative Enforcement Act:
      o own/external enforcement orders
      o Preparation and execution of enforcement orders in the context of administrative assistance requests
      o Preparation of seizure and confiscation orders
      o Implementation of account retrieval procedures
      o Preparation and execution of seizures in the field
      o Determination of fruitless seizures
      o Registration for insolvency proceedings and consumer insolvencies
      o Registration of security mortgages

    • Examination of financial circumstances, granting of deferrals

    • Carrying out the dunning process for the city’s receivables
      o Realization of found and seized objects in the context of public auctions

    What should you bring with you?

    • Prerequisite:
      o Degree as administrative assistant, legal assistant, employee training course I or a comparable qualification;
      o Structured and independent way of working;
      o a high degree of resilience, communication and assertiveness;
      o Class B driver’s license and consent to drive a company car.

    • desirable:
      o Professional experience in the field of enforcement (office and field service);
      o PC skills and a willingness to familiarize yourself with specialist programs;
      o Knowledge of the Administrative Enforcement Act (VwVG) and the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG).
