Based on the audited and approved results of the 2017 annual financial statements of the City of Wolmirstedt, the mayor of the City of Wolmirstedt was granted unqualified discharge at the meeting of the City Council on 01.12.2022.<\/p>

The City Council confirmed the ordinary net income for the year in the amount of 1,027,407.06. and the extraordinary result in the amount of 207,694.88. The positive ordinary result is recognized in accordance with Sec. 23 (2). 2 of the Municipal Budget Ordinance of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KomHVO) to the reserve from surpluses of the ordinary result. The positive extraordinary result is recognized in accordance with \u00a7 23 para. 4 KomHVO to the reserve from surpluses of the extraordinary result.<\/p>

Pursuant to Section 120 (1) of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the annual financial statements and the management report are available for inspection. 2 Municipal Constitution Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt in the period from 12.12.2022 to <\/strong>20.12.2022<\/strong> in. of the municipality of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Str. 25 off.
