Based on the audited and approved results of the 2016 annual financial statements of the City of Wolmirstedt, the mayor of the City of Wolmirstedt was granted unqualified discharge at the meeting of the City Council on December 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

The City Council confirmed the ordinary result for the year in the amount of – 949,774.31, and the extraordinary result in the amount of 68,892.08. The negative ordinary result is recognized in accordance with Sec. 23 (23). 2 of the Municipal Budget Ordinance of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KomHVO) with the reserve from surpluses of previous years. The positive extraordinary result is recognized in accordance with \u00a7 23 (4) of the Austrian Commercial Code. KomHVO to the reserve from surpluses of the extraordinary result.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to Section 120 (1) of the German Commercial Code (HGB), the annual financial statements and the management report are available for inspection. 2 Kommunalverfassungsgesetz des Landes Sachsen-Anhalt in the period from 12. 12.2022 to 20.12.2022 at the Municipality of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Str. 25 off.
