After registration by telephone at the telephone numbers listed below, the energy consultant contacts the consumer and then arranges an appointment and the conditions under which a home energy check is possible.<\/p><p><strong>Take the opportunity to clarify your energy questions free of charge, also online or by phone.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong> <\/strong><\/p><p>For the time being, energy advice from the consumer advice center in Saxony-Anhalt is only available by telephone or online in many places. Those seeking advice who have already made an appointment are contacted to find alternatives through other counseling channels.  <br>Consumers who have not yet made an appointment can contact their energy advisor directly if they have questions about:  <br><strong>Building thermal insulation, heating cost billing, building services, renewable energies, subsidies, saving electricity<\/strong> <br>. <br>The local energy consultant Dipl.-Ing. (TU) architect Hans-Joachim D\u00f6ll can be contacted on: 0391 6223811, the central appointment service of the Saxony-Anhalt consumer advice center on <a href=\"tel:+493452927800\">0345 2927800<\/a>.<\/p><p>The central free telephone helpline has also been strengthened and is available at 0800-809 802 400 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Online energy advice is also free and available at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.verbraucherzentrale-energieberatung.de\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">www.verbraucherzentrale-energieberatung.de<\/a>.<\/p><p>In addition, the consumer center&#8217;s energy consulting service offers <strong>free online presentations<\/strong>.
