Section 10 (3) of the Building Code). The development plan, including the explanatory statement, can be inspected at the Wolmirstedt City Administration, August-Bebel-Stra\u00dfe 25, in the Urban Development Department during the following office hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Office hours:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 09:00 to 11:30 and 13:30 to 17:30,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 13:30 to 15:30<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>outside by appointment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Reference is made to the provisions of Section 44 (3) sentences 1 and 2 BauGB on the due date of any compensation claims in the event of the financial disadvantages specified in Sections 39-42 BauGB, the payment of which must be applied for in writing from the party liable for compensation, and Section 44 (4) BauGB on the expiry of compensation claims if the application is not submitted within the three-year period.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A violation of the provisions set forth in sec. 214 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1-3 and para. 2 BauGB, as well as deficiencies in the weighing of interests pursuant to Section 214 (2) of the German Civil Code. 3 sentence 2 BauGB are required pursuant to \u00a7 215 para. 1 No. 1-3 BauGB are irrelevant if they have not been asserted in writing against the city within one year of this announcement.
