Upon application by M\u00fcllheizkraftwerk Rothensee GmbH (Kraftwerk-Privatweg 7, 39126 Magdeburg), the immission control permit pursuant to Section 16 of the Federal Immission Control Act (BlmSchG) was granted for the substantial modification of a<\/p>

Plant for thermal waste treatment and waste storage<\/h3>

here: Construction and operation of a waste treatment plant for commercial and industrial waste and a plant for the incineration of municipal sewage sludge [MHKW – Block 3, Line 5 (MVA) and 6 (KVA)].<\/p>

(Plant according to No. 8.1.1.1, 8.1.1.3, 8.12.1.1 and 8.12.2 of Annex 1 to the Ordinance on Plants Requiring a Permit – 4th BImSchV and Art. 10 of Directive 2010\/75\/EU on Industrial Emissions (IE Directive))<\/p>

The approval is required in accordance with \u00a7 12 para. 1 BImSchG (Federal Immission Control Act) is linked to conditions and requirements for the fulfillment of the licensing prerequisites within the meaning of \u00a7 6 BImSchG and contains the following legal remedy instruction:<\/p>

An action against this decision may be brought before the Magdeburg Higher Administrative Court (Oberverwaltungsgericht Magdeburg, Breiter Weg 203 – 206, 039104 Magdeburg) within one month of notification.<\/p>

              The delivery of the notice of approval to the persons who have raised objections shall be replaced by this public notice. From the date of the public announcement until the expiry of the time limit for filing an appeal, the decision and its grounds may be requested in writing from the State Administration Office, Ernst-Kamieth-Stra\u00dfe 2, 06112 Halle (Saale) by the persons who have raised objections. The sending of the notice is informal and does not trigger any new time limits for appeal.
