{"id":19211,"date":"2024-01-10T16:14:13","date_gmt":"2024-01-10T16:14:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stadtwolmirstedt.de\/announcement-of-the-municipal-election-committee\/"},"modified":"2024-02-06T16:14:35","modified_gmt":"2024-02-06T16:14:35","slug":"announcement-of-the-municipal-election-committee","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stadtwolmirstedt.de\/en\/announcement-of-the-municipal-election-committee\/","title":{"rendered":"Announcement Municipal Election Committee"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-left\">Announcement for the submission of proposals for the formation of the municipal election committee of the city of Wolmirstedt for the elections of municipal representatives in the city of Wolmirstedt on 09.06.2024<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">According to \u00a7 10 Abs. 1 of the Local Elections Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KWG LSA) in conjunction with \u00a7 4 para. 1 of the Local Election Code of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KWO LSA) in the currently valid version for the election to the municipal representative bodies of the city of<br\/>Wolmirstedt, a municipal committee was formed on <strong>09.06.2024<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The municipal election committee consists of the municipal election manager as chairman as well as four assessors and one deputy each, who are appointed by the municipal election manager.<br\/>When appointing the assessors, the parties and voter groups represented in the electoral area should generally be considered in the order of the number of votes they received in the last election to the Wolmirstedt City Council.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">I ask the parties and voter groups to nominate citizens eligible to vote for appointment as assessors and their deputies <strong>by February 21, 2024<\/strong> and to submit them to me at the following address.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>City of Wolmirstedt<br\/>Election office<br\/>August-Bebel-Str. 25<br\/>39326 Wolmirstedt<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Finally, I refer to \u00a7 13 para. 1 &#8211;
