{"id":19335,"date":"2024-01-16T10:17:44","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T10:17:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/stadtwolmirstedt.de\/public-announcement-invitation-to-register-unknown-rights\/"},"modified":"2025-07-10T08:56:43","modified_gmt":"2025-07-10T08:56:43","slug":"public-announcement-invitation-to-register-unknown-rights","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/stadtwolmirstedt.de\/en\/public-announcement-invitation-to-register-unknown-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Public announcement Invitation to register unknown rights"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Central Land Consolidation and Forestry<br\/>Wanzleben Branch Office<br\/>Ritterstra\u00dfe 17-19<br\/>39164 City of Wanzleben &#8211; B\u00f6rde<br\/>Ref.: 15.5 &#8211; 611B1.4\/BK 0072<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Public announcement<\/strong> <br\/><strong>Invitation to register unknown rights<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>By resolution dated 30.11.2023, the voluntary land swap &#8220;Meseberg Fl\u00e4chentausch&#8221; was ordered for the following parcels of land with the Verf.-Kennung BK 0072:<\/p>\n\n<p>Meseberg district, parcel 1, parcels: 25\/1, 25\/2, 26\/1, 26\/2, 27\/3, 27\/4, 27\/5 and 27\/6<\/p>\n\n<p>With regard to the aforementioned parcels of land, pursuant to \u00a7 14 para. 1 of the Land Consolidation Act (FlurbG), the holders of rights which are not evident from the land register but which entitle them to participate in the voluntary land swap are hereby requested to register their rights within 3 months &#8211; calculated from the first day of this announcement &#8211; with the Office for Agriculture, Land Consolidation and Forestry Central, Wanzleben branch office.<\/p>\n\n<p>In particular, the following can be considered:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" style=\"list-style-type:lower-alpha\">\n<li>Holders of rights to the land belonging to the land consolidation area or of rights to such rights or of personal rights that entitle them to own or use such land or restrict the use of such land, e.g. leasehold, rental and similar rights (\u00a7 10 No. 2d FlurbG);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rights to the land belonging to the land consolidation area that are not entered in the land register, in particular rights to landfill or other easements, such as water supply rights, rights to roads, water or fishing rights, etc. that were established before January 1, 1900 and therefore did not require entry in the land register;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rights to real estate that have not yet been entered in the land register or the real estate cadastre.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<p>At the request of the Office, the applicant must provide evidence of his right within a period to be set by the authority. If the deadline expires without result, the applicant shall no longer be involved.<\/p>\n\n<p>If rights are only registered or proven after the expiry of the aforementioned deadlines, then pursuant to \u00a7 14 para. 2 FlurbG, the Office shall accept the previous negotiations and determinations.<\/p>\n\n<p>The holder of a license pursuant to \u00a7 14 para. 1 FlurbG must be exercised in accordance with \u00a7 14 para. 3 FlurbG must accept the effect of the expiry of a time limit prior to the application in the same way as the party for whom the time limit was first set in motion by notification of the administrative act.<\/p>\n\n<p>On behalf<\/p>\n\n<p>gez.
