LSA p. 178), the road \u201cLavendelweg\u201d in Wolmirstedt, including the connecting path<br\/>to Heidbergstra\u00dfe, is dedicated to public traffic within the meaning of Section 3 (1) No. 3 StrG LSA with immediate effect. <\/p>\n\n<p>The dedicated traffic area consists of the parcels:<br\/>Wolmirstedt district, parcel 9, parcels 294, 232, 291 and partially parcel 250<br\/>Wolmirstedt district, parcel 9, parcels 233 and 130\/18 (connecting path Heidbergstra\u00dfe)<\/p>\n\n<p>The location of the dedicated area as well as the starting point and end point of the municipal road can be seen from the marking on the site plan, which is part of the announcement.<\/p>\n\n<p>The municipal road is classified as a service road.<\/p>\n\n<p>The dedication of the connecting path to Heidbergstra\u00dfe &#8211; plots 233 and 130\/18 of parcel 9 &#8211; is restricted to pedestrian and cyclist traffic.<\/p>\n\n<p>The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.<\/p>\n\n<p>At its public meeting on 05.06.2025, the Wolmirstedt City Council resolved to dedicate the road \u201cLavendelweg\u201d including the connecting path to Heidbergstra\u00dfe (resolution no. 130\/2024-2029)<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Information on legal remedies<\/strong><br\/>An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification.
