Entry into force of development plan no. 35\/19 “Samsweger Stra\u00dfe \/ Geschwister-Scholl-Stra\u00dfe”– City of Wolmirstedt<\/h2>\n\n

The Wolmirstedt City Council adopted development plan no. 35\/19 “Samsweger Stra\u00dfe \/ Geschwister-Scholl-Stra\u00dfe” – City of Wolmirstedt as a statute at a public meeting on June 5, 2025. The development plan comes into force with this announcement (see Section 10 (3) of the German Building Code). <\/p>\n\n

The development plan, including the explanatory statement, can be inspected at the Wolmirstedt City Administration, August-Bebel-Stra\u00dfe 25, in the Urban Development Department during the following office hours.<\/p>\n\n

Office hours:<\/strong>Tuesday 09.00 to 11.30 and 13.30 to 17.30,Thursday 13.30 to 15.30outside of these hours by appointment.<\/p>\n\n

Reference is made to the provisions of Section 44 (3) sentences 1 and 2 BauGB on the due date of any compensation claims in the event of the financial disadvantages specified in Sections 39-42 BauGB, the payment of which must be applied for in writing from the party liable for compensation, and Section 44 (4) BauGB on the expiry of compensation claims if the application is not submitted within the three-year period. <\/p>\n\n

A violation of the procedural and formal regulations specified in Section 214 Para. 1 Sentence 1 Nos. 1-3 and Para. 2 BauGB as well as deficiencies in the balancing of interests pursuant to Section 214 Para. 3 Sentence 2 BauGB are irrelevant pursuant to Section 215 Para. 1 Nos. 1-3 BauGB if they have not been asserted in writing to the city within one year of this announcement. The facts justifying the infringement or defect must be stated in the notification. <\/p>\n\n
