In accordance with \u00a7 88 No. 3 in conjunction with \u00a7 36 Para. 1 of the Land Consolidation Act*1 (FlurbG), the following is issued in the above-mentioned land consolidation procedure <\/p>\n\n
I.<\/p>\n\n
As of 01.10.2025, the company responsible (DEGES) will be deprived of ownership and use of the areas used for the construction of the BAB 14 VKE 415\/1 (1.1) subsection AS Dahlenwarsleben to AS Wolmirstedt for the relocation points of the 380 kV line of 50 Hertz. The extent of the land restitution and the exact location of the areas temporarily taken up are shown in the attached list of parcels and the ownership regulation maps. <\/p>\n\n
II.<\/p>\n\n
The withdrawal is in favor of the affected owners and users, who will be able to dispose of the areas mentioned under point I again with effect from 01.10.2025.
III.<\/p>\n\n
The areas used have been properly prepared or recultivated by the company. Local notification of these areas by the company is not required. <\/p>\n\n
IV.<\/p>\n\n
The provisions of this order shall apply, subject to a modifying order, until the provisional transfer of possession pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7 65 ff. FlurbG or until the implementation order pursuant to \u00a7\u00a7 61 ff. FlurbG.<\/p>\n\n
The aforementioned land consolidation procedure is a corporate land consolidation procedure with the aim of distributing the loss of land resulting from the new construction of the BAB 14, VKE 415\/1 (1.1) subsection AS Dahlenwarsleben to AS Wolmirstedt to a larger group of owners and avoiding the disadvantages for the general state culture caused by the company.
In a letter dated 26.05.2025, the company owner applied to the Office for Agriculture, Land Consolidation and Forestry (Amt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Flurneuordnung und Forsten Mitte Au\u00dfenstelle Wanzleben) for the return of the areas temporarily used (VIA areas) as of 01.10.2025.
The complete documents with the parcel register for land withdrawal and the detailed ownership regulation maps are available for inspection by the parties involved at the Amt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Flurneuordnung und Forsten Mitte, Ritterstra\u00dfe 17-19, 39164 Wanzleben, for two weeks after the announcement; also at the town hall of the town of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Stra\u00dfe 25, 39326 Wolmirstedt, at the municipal administration of the municipality of Niedere B\u00f6rde, OT Gro\u00df Ammensleben, Gro\u00dfe Stra\u00dfe 9\/10, 39326 Niedere B\u00f6rde, at the municipal administration of Barleben, Ernst-Th\u00e4lmann-Stra\u00dfe 22, 39179 Barleben, at the town hall of the town of Haldensleben, Markt 20-22, 39340 Haldensleben, in the town hall of the municipality of Hohe B\u00f6rde, B\u00f6rdestra\u00dfe 8, 39167 Hohe B\u00f6rde in the OT Irxleben, in the new town hall of the state capital Magdeburg, Bei der Hauptwache 4, in the administration library, 39104 Magdeburg, in the municipality of M\u00f6ser in the administration building, Brunnenbreite 7\/8, 39291 M\u00f6ser, in the municipal administration of Burg, In der Alten Kaserne 2, 2nd floor, 39228 Burg. Obergeschoss, 39228 Burg, and in the Verbandsgemeinde Elbe-Heide, administration building in Magdeburger Stra\u00dfe 40 in 39326 Rog\u00e4tz.<\/p>\n\n
An appeal against this provisional order may be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be lodged with the Amt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Flurneuordnung und Forsten Mitte, Au\u00dfenstelle Wanzleben, Ritterstra\u00dfe 17-19, 39164 Wanzleben – B\u00f6rde, or with the Amt f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Flurneuordnung und Forsten Mitte, Gro\u00dfe Ringstra\u00dfe 52, 38820 Halberstadt, or with the Landesverwaltungsamt Sachsen-Anhalt, Ernst-Kamieth-Stra\u00dfe 2, 06112 Halle\/Saale.<\/p>\n\n
