LSA p. 178), the road <strong>&#8220;Neubauernsiedlung&#8221;<\/strong> in Wolmirstedt OT Elbeu is dedicated to the municipal road<br\/>within the meaning of Section 3 (1) No. 3 StrG LSA with immediate effect to public traffic. <\/p>\n\n<p>The traffic area &#8220;Neubauernsiedlung&#8221; is dedicated, starting at Magdeburger Stra\u00dfe, running in an easterly direction and ending in the southeast as a turning hammer.<\/p>\n\n<p>The traffic area consists of the following parcels: Wolmirstedt district, parcel 33, parcels 266\/61, 61\/7, 838, 840, 842 and part of parcel 605\/59.<\/p>\n\n<p>The location of the dedicated area &#8220;Neubauernsiedlung&#8221; as well as the starting point and end point of the municipal road can be seen from the marking on the site plan, which is part of the announcement.<br\/>The municipal road is classified as a service road.<br\/>A dedication restriction is not imposed.<br\/>The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.<br\/>The city council of the city of Wolmirstedt decided to dedicate the &#8220;Neubauernsiedlung&#8221; road at its public meeting on 27.11.2025 (resolution no. 189\/2024-2029).<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Information on legal remedies<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification.
