Announcement of a general ruling under animal health law for protection against avian influenza (classical fowl plague)<\/h2>\n\n

  1. The general ruling under animal health law for protection against avian influenza (classical fowl plague) dated 24.10.2025 is revoked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The general ruling under animal health law for protection against avian influenza (classical fowl plague) dated 28.10.2025 is revoked.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. This general ruling shall enter into force on the day following its publication and must be implemented immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

    I. Justification<\/h2>\n\n

    The revocation of the animal health general rulings under numbers 1 and 2 of this general ruling is based on an updated risk assessment by the Office for Health and Consumer Protection of the District of B\u00f6rde and Art. 67 of Regulation (EU)No. 2020\/687.In accordance with Sections 41 (4) sentence 4 and 43 (1) of the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG), the date of publication and thus the date of entry into force of a general ruling may be set as the day following the publication. <\/p>\n\n
