Today, around 12,300 inhabitants live here in the corner between the Ohre and Elbe rivers. You can reach Wolmirstedt via the nearby A14\/A2 freeways and subsequently via the B189 from Magdeburg or Stendal, or by train using the S-Bahn service close to the city.  <\/p><p> <\/p><p>To strengthen our administrative team, we are looking for you to fill a full-time position\u2014initially for a two-year fixed-term contract\u2014as soon as possible.<\/p><p> <\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Advisor for Strategic Administrative Development and Economic Development (m\/f\/d)<\/h3><p> <\/p><p>with an average weekly work schedule of 39 hours, with the option of continued employment on a permanent basis. Compensation will be in pay grade 11 of the TV\u00f6D-VKA, subject to a pending job evaluation. <\/p><p> <\/p><h3>What tasks in particular await you?<\/h3><ul><li>Economic Development:<\/li><li>Maintaining relationships and staying in touch with companies in the region, with partners in the transportation and tourism sectors, as well as with organizations and government agencies that support economic development, research institutions, etc.;<\/li><li>Support for the establishment of commercial and retail locations;<\/li><li>Planning and organizing location marketing initiatives for the business location (participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, business meetings, and events organized by the Association of Municipalities and Cities; collaboration with the Federal Association of Small and Medium-Sized Businesses \u2013 Entrepreneurs\u2019 Association of Germany e.
