Public announcement of the city of Wolmirstedt
Dedication order
In accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act for the State of Saxony-Anhalt (StrG LSA) of July 6, 1993 (GVBI. p. 334), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of March 21, 2023 (GVBI. LSA p. 178), the road “Neubauernsiedlung” in Wolmirstedt OT Elbeu is dedicated to the municipal road
within the meaning of Section 3 (1) No. 3 StrG LSA with immediate effect to public traffic.
The traffic area “Neubauernsiedlung” is dedicated, starting at Magdeburger Straße, running in an easterly direction and ending in the southeast as a turning hammer.
The traffic area consists of the following parcels: Wolmirstedt district, parcel 33, parcels 266/61, 61/7, 838, 840, 842 and part of parcel 605/59.
The location of the dedicated area “Neubauernsiedlung” as well as the starting point and end point of the municipal road can be seen from the marking on the site plan, which is part of the announcement.
The municipal road is classified as a service road.
A dedication restriction is not imposed.
The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.
The city council of the city of Wolmirstedt decided to dedicate the “Neubauernsiedlung” road at its public meeting on 27.11.2025 (resolution no. 189/2024-2029).
Information on legal remedies
An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be submitted in writing or for recording at the City of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Straße 25, 39326 Wolmirstedt.
