3. amendment of the Articles of Association

of the town of Wolmirstedt on the formal designation of the redevelopment area “Wolmirstedt town center” in the comprehensive procedure

Preamble

On the basis of Section 8 of the Municipal Constitution Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt dated 17.06.2014 (GVBI. LSA p. 288), last amended by Art. 1 of the Act dated 17.12.2025 (GVBI. p. 834) and in accordance with Section 142 (3) of the Building Code (BauGB) i. V. m. § 235 para. 4 BauGB
in the version published on 03.11.2017 (GVBI. p. 3634) in the currently valid version, the City Council of the City of Wolmirstedt adopts the following statutes at its meeting on 25.09.2025:

§ 1 Amendment

The statutes of the City of Wolmirstedt on the formal definition of the redevelopment area “City Center Wolmirstedt” in the comprehensive procedure of 25.11.1993, the 1st amendment statutes of 14.12.2020 and the 2nd amendment statutes of 30.11.2023 are amended as follows:

§ 3 is inserted with the following new wording:
“§ 3 Duration of the redevelopment
The deadline for the implementation period is extended in accordance with § 142 para. 3 sentences 3 and 4 in conjunction with § Section 235 (4) BauGB until 30.09.2026. Termination at an earlier date is permitted after completion and settlement of all measures.”

§ 2 Entry into force

This 3rd amendment to the statutes of the City of Wolmirstedt on the formal definition of the redevelopment area “Wolmirstedt town center” in the comprehensive procedure comes into force on the day after its publication.
