At the ordinary general meeting on 26.03.2025, the following persons were elected to the board:

Treasurer: Tom Borchert - Withdrawal of resolutions on the allocation of leases from the general meeting of 18.07.2023
The allocation of hunting leases is one of the main tasks of the hunting cooperative. The procedure for awarding, extending and tendering the hunting lease must be explicitly stated in the invitation to the general meeting in accordance with the articles of association and legal requirements.
As the invitation to the Annual General Meeting on July 18, 2023 did not include any corresponding agenda items on the granting of leases, all resolutions passed in this context are hereby declared null and void. - Withdrawal of the resolution on the annual expense allowance for members of the Executive Board from the General Meeting on 18.07.2023
The resolution to grant an annual expense allowance for members of the Executive Board is hereby revoked.
The basis is Section 4 (3) of the Articles of Association, which states: “The members of the Hunting Board shall be reimbursed for their necessary cash expenses. Otherwise, they are not entitled to any remuneration for their activities.
