Preventive eye care mobile stops off in Wolmirstedt

The so-called Mirantus eye mobile will make a stop in Wolmirstedt on Monday, June 16, 2025. It offers mobile eye examinations to improve preventive care close to home in rural areas. This includes measuring intraocular pressure, determining visual acuity, taking retinal images and checking the current strength of glasses. After evaluation by the ophthalmologist, all participants receive a written report of the results.

The eye examinations take place in the outbuilding of the “Storchennest” daycare center at Gipfelstraße 18 . There is a cost price of 69 euros, which can be paid on site in cash or by card.
