Alsatian culture is characterized by a mixture of German and French influences.
This picture tour includes visits to the towns of Colmar, with its cobbled streets characterized by half-timbered houses from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, Strasbourg with its picturesque Petite-France district and Obernai, the legendary birthplace of St. Odile, the patron saint of Alsace.
