In accordance with the Water Act for the State of Saxony-Anhalt § 67 valid in the version from 01.04.2011 last amended by article of the law amending water law regulations of 21.03.2013 (GVBI.LSA p. 116)
the water inspections for the first and second order waters will be carried out in the period from 07.04.2026 to 17.04.2026.
The inspection commission has the right pursuant to Section 41 of the Water Resources Act:
- to enter properties, navigate bodies of water and inspect facilities.
- Owners and residents must keep the paths along the watercourses clear for the show to be carried out and ensure that the property can be entered without hindrance.
The dates of the individual inspection districts can be obtained from the office of the maintenance association.
