In the local authority of Wolmirstedt, mapping and monitoring of all animal species, plant species and biotopes/habitat types relevant to Saxony-Anhalt will be carried out as part of state-wide investigations in the period from 2026 to 2030, as well as investigations for the preparation of nature conservation planning.

On the basis of the official order, access to fields and forests in accordance with § 23 Para. 2 Sentence 2 of the Saxony-Anhalt State Forest Act (LWaldG) and driving on field and forest paths to fulfill the assigned task with cars in accordance with § 24 Para. 3 No. 3 LVValdG must be permitted.

The representatives of the specialist authority for nature conservation (LAU) must be granted access to properties for the purpose of surveys in connection with these site inspections on the basis of the aforementioned regulations in conjunction with Section 30 NatSchG LSA and Section 65 (3)

Note:
The tasks to be performed involve recording the current state of nature, generally in the unfenced area; this does not involve any changes to the properties.

We also provide information about the mapping plan on our website www.lau.sachsen-anhalt.de

Owners and authorized users of the affected properties are requested to support the mapping work. They are obliged to tolerate such nature conservation measures as inspections, surveys, the taking of plant samples, soil tests and other work and inspections within the scope of the right of access under Section 30 NatSchG LSA in conjunction with Section 23 (2) sentence 2 LVValdG.
