New technology for the building yard

Wolmirstedt’s building yard receives two new vehicles

The Wolmirstedt municipal building yard recently received two new vehicles. A new Multicar and a transporter were put into service. The town spent around 215,000 euros on this.

The Multicar will live up to its name and be used for all work that arises for the depot throughout the calendar year. This includes mowing, gritting, pushing snow in winter, sweeping, sweeping, loading, transporting and more.

The Multicar was equipped in line with requirements: the employees of the building yard had a decisive say in this, as they are the ones who will ultimately use the vehicle every day. With the procurement of the Multicar, the town of Wolmirstedt has once again come one step closer to its goal of equipping the building yard with the latest technology wherever possible. This should not only protect the environment and minimize consumption, but also eliminate outdated technology and the resulting high repair costs.

The Wolmirstedt building yard's new Multicar is to be used in a variety of ways.

The same applies to the new van that will be used by the maintenance team of the building yard in future. The vehicle will not only transport the employees to their destination, but also all the materials they need to carry out their work.
