Please note that, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Registration Act (BMG), the registration authority may provide parties, voter groups and other supporters of election proposals in connection with elections and votes at state or municipal level in the six months preceding the election or vote with information from the registration register about the first and last names, doctor’s degrees and addresses of groups of eligible voters whose composition is determined by the age of the persons concerned (Section 50 (1) sentence 1 in conjunction with Section 44 (1) sentence 1 BMG). The birthdays of eligible voters may not be disclosed (Section 50 (1) sentence 2 BMG).
Data subjects have the right to object to the transmission of their data by setting up a transmission block (Section 50 (5) BMG). Anyone who has previously objected to a corresponding transmission does not need to object again; the transmission block remains stored until a written revocation. Eligible voters who wish to exercise this right with immediate effect can contact us in writing or in person as follows:
