Autumnal and handmade meets entertaining
The town of Wolmirstedt is hosting its next regional market on Saturday, October 4, 2025. From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., fresh produce, handmade products and seasonal plants will be sold on the castle grounds, all of which come from traders in the region.
There are also a number of program items planned to entertain the guests. For example, the artist “Jack Haunt” will sing from 9 a.m., and from 11.30 a.m. there will be a fashion show by the “StoffConzeBt” boutique. The award ceremony for the “City Cycling” campaign will take place at 12 noon, followed by a performance by the duo “Handgemacht”. For the youngest guests, there will also be face painting and pumpkin carving with instructions. The library’s support association “Lesezauber” is organizing a book flea market, and the library will also be open at the time of the regional market.
Under the motto “Shop, Experience, Enjoy”, visitors to the event will find a number of fresh and regional products, offers and presentations of artisan products and typical market offerings. These include freshly squeezed apple juice, game products, oils and spices, Baumstriezel, which is baked on site, eggs, potatoes, pumpkins, decorations, felt decorations and curiosities such as jewelry made from cutlery.
