City of Wolmirstedt asks for patience
The city of Wolmirstedt will start sending out the tax assessment notices (tax assessment notices) for 2026 in the next few days.
Due to technical problems, it was not possible to send the notices at the beginning of the year. In view of the large number of notices, it is not possible to deliver them uniformly. This will be done bit by bit. Citizens are therefore asked to be patient.
Due to the delay in sending the notices, the payment deadlines contained therein no longer apply in some cases. If due dates have already been exceeded due to the delayed dispatch, the date of the postmark applies. From this date, citizens have one month to pay. The delay is not at the expense of the citizen.
This essentially applies to all notifications with the notification date of 09.01.2026. However, it may be possible in individual cases that change notifications with a later creation date arrive before these notifications. It is important that the notification with the more recent notification date is valid. The notification date can be found at the top right of the first page. Reminders are temporarily suspended.
