Klaus and Gudrun Morche celebrate their golden wedding anniversary
When they celebrated their wedding 50 years ago, around 30 guests were there – mainly family. However, Gudrun and Klaus Morche celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary alone on a trip to Oberhof. “Our children said the day was all ours,” says Klaus Morche. Of course, their sons Markus and Dennis congratulated them anyway.
Klaus Morche met his wife while dancing. And to this day, he and his wife simply get on well and enjoy their marriage. “He’s the calm one and I’m the crazy one. That’s a good thing. If we were both the same, it wouldn’t work,” says Gudrun Morche and laughs. Each of them has their own hobbies: Klaus Morche tends his garden with quails and chickens, while Gudrun Morche enjoys meeting up with her friends and going on short trips with them.
The Mayor of Wolmirstedt, Marlies Cassuhn, warmly congratulated the happy couple on their golden wedding anniversary and wished them many more healthy and happy years together.
