Public participation in the procedure according to § 3 para.2 BauGB

At its meeting on October 6, 2022, the Wolmirstedt City Council approved the draft of the 2nd amendment to the land use plan of the City of Wolmirstedt “New stadium construction – Samsweger Straße” with the associated explanatory statement including the environmental report for public display in accordance with Section 3 (2) of the German Civil Code. BauGB determined.

The aim of the 2nd amendment to the land use plan is to create the legal planning requirements for the construction of a central sports stadium on Samsweger Chaussee.

The draft of the 2nd amendment to the land use plan of the town of Wolmirstedt “New stadium construction – including the explanatory memorandum, environmental report and the available environmentally relevant comments and expert opinions are available for inspection by anyone and are available for inspection during the period

The environmental report is part of the explanatory memorandum. The other environmental statements and expert opinions are part of the documents on display and can be viewed on the Internet.

Note:

It should be noted that any comments not submitted in due time may be disregarded in the resolution on the land use plan and that an association within the meaning of Section 4 (3) Sentence 1 No. 2 of the Environmental Remedies Act is excluded from legal remedy proceedings in accordance with Section 7 (3) Sentence 1 of the Environmental Remedies Act with all objections that it did not assert or did not assert in due time during the display period but could have asserted.
