Public guided tour of the exhibition “April 13, 1945 – The stranded train from Farsleben”
Guided tour of the “Stranded Train” exhibition and presentation of the silhouette film “Stranded” by Robert Hirschmann. New research findings on the “Stranded Train” and new interviews with contemporary witnesses will be presented.
Using unique photographs and drawings, the museum director explains the circumstances and facts surrounding the liberation of over 2,500 Jewish prisoners from the Zug concentration camp in Farsleben by US troops. Among other things, personal fates and life stories are presented.
