Deutsche Glasfaser’s advisors will soon be back on the road in Elbeu and Wolmirstedt. They will be offering all interested parties and late-comers a personal consultation at home about the benefits, tariffs and expansion at the respective address. Anyone interested in an individual consultation at home can make an appointment by calling 02861/8133304.
The consultation is carried out by professional external service providers who can identify themselves. In addition, all advisors are dressed in uniforms with a clearly visible company logo and carry clearly visible ID cards with a passport photo,
name and identification number.
Contracts for the use of the fiber optic connection can also be issued by telephone on 02861/8133400 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The free Deutsche Glasfaser construction hotline on 02861/89060940 from Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. will answer questions about construction.
