The Local Action Group (LAG) Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide is calling for participation in the third call for projects from February 28, 2025. Citizens, companies and organizations are invited to submit innovative project ideas for the sustainable development of the region. The deadline for submitting project ideas is April 22, 2025

The call includes funding opportunities from the LEADER (EAFRD), ESF+ and ERDF programs. The spectrum of eligible projects is broad and ranges from strengthening the regional economy and environmental protection measures to improving infrastructure and mobility. Possible areas of application include the renovation of historic buildings, the development of tourism offers, the promotion of companies, the design of village squares, the support of cultural initiatives and the improvement of transport infrastructure.

Benjamin Otto, Chairman of the Board of the Local Action Group, emphasizes: “With this new call for projects, we want to continue to actively shape the future of our region. We invite everyone to contribute their creative ideas and work together on the sustainable development of the Colbitz-Letzlinger Heide and to take advantage of the funding opportunities.”

The funding area includes the town of Wolmirstedt, the municipalities of Barleben and Niedere Börde and the Elbe-Heide association of municipalities. Legal entities under public and private law, partnerships, sole proprietorships and, in most cases, private individuals are eligible to apply.
