Impacts of underground cables in the transmission system level.
Dear Sir or Madam,
the Citizens’ Dialogue on the Electricity Grid invites citizens to a citizens’ information event on 11.10.2023 at 5 p.m. on the topic: impact of underground cables in the transmission grid .
After a short welcome by Michael Klebe from Bürgerdialog Stromnetz at the beginning of the event, and a short overview of the expansion targets for renewable energies, there will be a presentation by Dr. Helbig from the Saxony-Anhalt State Office for Geology and Mining on the topic: “Soil protection during the construction of extra-high voltage cable routes”.
Afterwards, Dr. Rüdiger Haum and Sören Brömme from the Competence Center Electromagnetic Fields (Federal Office for Radiation Protection) will give a presentation on the topic of “Underground cables and health” and answer your questions on the subject.
In a subsequent discussion round, the speakers will be available to answer the participants’ questions.
Participation in the citizen information event is free of charge for all interested parties.
For the small hunger and thirst is provided. Due to high demand and limited number of participants, registration is required.
