Public announcement of the city of Wolmirstedt

In accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act for the State of Saxony-Anhalt (StrG LSA) of July 6, 1993 (GVBI. p. 334), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of March 21, 2023 (GVBI. LSA p. 178), the street “Melissenweg” in Wolmirstedt is dedicated to public traffic with immediate effect as a municipal road within the meaning of Section 3 para.
1 no. 3 StrG LSA.

The “Melissenweg” traffic area consists of the following parcels:
– Wolmirstedt district, parcel 9, parcels 249 and 246 and part of parcel 250

The location of the dedicated area “Melissenweg” as well as the starting point and end point of the municipal road can be seen from the marking on the site plan, which is part of the announcement.

The municipal road is classified as a service road.

There is no restriction on dedication.

The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.

At its public meeting on 05.06.2025, the city council of Wolmirstedt decided to dedicate the street “Melissenweg” (resolution no. 129/2024-2029).

Information on legal remedies
An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be submitted in writing or for the record to the City of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Straße 25, 39326 Wolmirstedt.
