“Energy checks,” where an advisor comes to your home, are now available again under safety precautions. After registration by telephone at the telephone numbers listed below, the energy consultant contacts the consumer and then arranges an appointment and the conditions under which a home energy check is possible.
Take the opportunity to clarify your energy questions free of charge, also online or by phone.
For the time being, energy advice from the consumer advice center in Saxony-Anhalt is only available by telephone or online in many places. Those seeking advice who have already made an appointment are contacted to find alternatives through other counseling channels.

The central free telephone helpline has also been strengthened and is available at 0800-809 802 400 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday. Online energy advice is also free and available at www.verbraucherzentrale-energieberatung.de.
In addition, the consumer center’s energy consulting service offers free online presentations. The next dates are:
