Announcement for the submission of proposals for the formation of the municipal election committee of the city of Wolmirstedt for the elections of municipal representatives in the city of Wolmirstedt on 09.06.2024
According to § 10 Abs. 1 of the Local Elections Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KWG LSA) in conjunction with § 4 para. 1 of the Local Election Code of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (KWO LSA) in the currently valid version for the election to the municipal representative bodies of the city of
Wolmirstedt, a municipal committee was formed on 09.06.2024.
The municipal election committee consists of the municipal election manager as chairman as well as four assessors and one deputy each, who are appointed by the municipal election manager.
When appointing the assessors, the parties and voter groups represented in the electoral area should generally be considered in the order of the number of votes they received in the last election to the Wolmirstedt City Council.
I ask the parties and voter groups to nominate citizens eligible to vote for appointment as assessors and their deputies by February 21, 2024 and to submit them to me at the following address.
