Dedication order
In accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (StrG LSA) of July 6, 1993 (GVBI. LSA p. 334) in its currently valid version, the area of Triftstraße in Wolmirstedt named below is dedicated to public traffic with immediate effect as a municipal road within the meaning of Section 3 (1) No. 3 StrG LSA
.
The traffic area consists of parcels 41 and 109 of parcel 26 as well as part of parcel 107 of parcel 26 in the Wolmirstedt district.
The location as well as the starting point and end point of the dedicated area can be seen from the marking on the site plan (Annex Resolution No. 224/2024-2029), which forms part of the announcement.
Use is spatially restricted to those parts of the road body that are directly intended and suitable for accommodating vehicle or pedestrian traffic.
The municipal road is classified as a service road.
A restriction on dedication is not imposed.
The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.
At its public meeting on 09.04.2026, the Wolmirstedt City Council resolved to dedicate the named section of Triftstraße (resolution no. 224/2024-2029).
Information on legal remedies
An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be submitted in writing or for the record to the City of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Straße 25, 39326 Wolmirstedt.
