Dedication order
In accordance with Section 6 of the Saxony-Anhalt State Road Act (StrG LSA) of July 6, 1993 (GVBI. LSA p. 334) in its currently valid version, the road “Holunderweg ” in Wolmirstedt is dedicated to public
traffic with immediate effect as a municipal road within the meaning of Section 3 (1) Ni. 3 StrG LSA.
The traffic area “Holunderweg” is dedicated, starting in the southeast – in the curve area of Lindhorster Weg, at house number 15 – and continuing in a northwesterly direction to the northwestern end of the radius of the Lavendelweg junction.
The traffic area consists of a partial area of parcel 1229 of parcel 8 and parcel 219 of parcel 9 in the Wolmirstedt district.
The location of the dedicated area as well as the starting point and end point of the municipal road are shown on the site plan (Annex Resolution No. 233/2024-2029), which forms part of the announcement.
The use is spatially limited to those parts of the road that are directly intended and suitable for vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
The municipal road is classified as a service road.
A restriction on dedication is not imposed.
The city of Wolmirstedt is responsible for road construction.
At its public meeting on 09.04.2026, the Wolmirstedt City Council decided to dedicate the “Holunderweg” road (resolution no. 233/2024-2029).
Information on legal remedies
An objection to the dedication may be lodged within one month of notification. The objection must be submitted in writing or for the record to the City of Wolmirstedt, August-Bebel-Straße 25, 39326 Wolmirstedt.
