Extract from the minutes of the extraordinary general meeting on 3.12.2025

Based on the audited and approved results of the 2024 annual financial statements of the City of Wolmirstedt, the Mayor of the City of Wolmirstedt was granted unqualified discharge at the meeting of the City Council on November 27, 2025.

The city council of Wolmirstedt has decided to amend the statutes on the collection of street cleaning fees. This results in changes to the scale of charges and the level of charges. The amendment to the statutes comes into force on January 1, 2026.

The city council of Wolmirstedt has decided to amend the statutes on the levying of cemetery fees. There were changes to the due date of fees and the obligation to pay fees, as well as to the amount of fees. The amendment to the statutes comes into force on January 1, 2026.

The city council of Wolmirstedt has decided to amend the cemetery statutes. This will come into force on January 1, 2026. This will result in changes to the digging of graves.

Announcement of a general ruling under animal health law for protection against avian influenza (classical fowl plague)

In accordance with Section 6 of the Road Act for the State of Saxony-Anhalt (StrG LSA) of July 6, 1993 (GVBI. p. 334), last amended by Article 2 of the Act of March 21, 2023 (GVBI. LSA p. 178), the road “Neubauernsiedlung” in Wolmirstedt OT Elbeu is dedicated to the municipal road
within the meaning of Section 3 (1) No. 3 StrG LSA with immediate effect to public traffic.
